Sales are expected to climb

Home sales took a slight pause in September but remained the strongest for that month since 2021. With years of pent-up demand and more normal interest rates, sales are expected to keep climbing through the rest of 2025 and into 2026. Now might be a good time to start looking at what is coming on the market.
