Over the past few decades we have had a few purchases and sales in real estate and have dealt with a few agents, but dealing with you has shown us a higher level that we hadn’t expected.

              The uniqueness of our home made things a bit different than what would be expected from the average listing, but your willingness to think outside the box and the extra efforts that you went through really paid off.  You were easy to talk to and really paid attention to any concerns and special requests that we had made. When it came down to the finale negotiations your years of experience really made a big difference in the amount that we were able to get from the sale.

Bonnie and Paul took what is a stressful but exciting experience and turned it into a positive and rewarding outcome. Being a first time home buyer with a small family that's had no experience with real-estate, Bonnie and Paul not only spoon fed us with knowledge but made each time going out (and believe me we saw A LOT of homes) so much fun. My family and I had 'firm' expectations of what house we wanted to buy so the search was long, but even after a full work day you would look forward to seeing Bonnie and Paul.
