The Housing Bubble ?

Who do you know that is afraid of the “Bubble”?
They want to Buy, but they are undecided, because they think the market is going to crash, and prices will fall.
First of all, we are not in a “bubble”.  The housing prices in Durham Region have been undervalued for years, compared to other areas outside of the GTA.
Buyer demand from Markham & Stouffville, funnelling in from across the 407 and Buyers from the City of Toronto & Scarborough, funnelling in from the West are driving our prices upward.
This is not a false value.  Families from all of these places have recognised that our area is affordable.
With the 407 now open to Harmony Road, the Go Trains running more frequently in Durham Region and the news of the Go Train expanding to Courtice & Bowmanville, making the commute to Toronto much more convenient, why wouldn’t our housing prices rise? People, there is no “Bubble”!
Who do you that may be sitting on the fence, undecided about Buying right now.  They are losing thousands of equity dollars per week.

We would love to assist these people in buying in Durham & selling in the GTA.
We are Bonnie and Paul Jones, and “we are always there....to lend a hand”
